The Salvation Army Peacehaven Nursing Home
The Salvation Army Peacehaven runs a full range of services aimed at providing professional care in a Christian environment.

We offer a comprehensive gamut of services to care for the sick, frail and elderly who have physical or mental disabilities with minimal or no appropriate caregiver support at home.

In 2020, we expanded our services with the completion of Jade Circle – an initiative by Lien Foundation, Khoo Chwee Neo Foundation and The Salvation Army Peacehaven to re-invent residential and community care with focus on autonomy, choices & dignity.

Jade Circle comprises residential care, training centre & an inter-generational lifestyle club called Jade Circle Arena.

Jade Circle Arena offers a platform for natural interaction and bonding between people of different ages, as well as activities for healthy living and active aging.

It is a dementia-friendly facility that provides maintenance and daycare services for seniors referred by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).

In 2020, Peacehaven extended the Arena concept to our Eldercare Centre at block 187 Bedok North St 4. Bedok Arena operates in a smaller space that offers similar activities. The model has been studied/referenced by several visitors as a future exemplar for aged care centre.

At Jade Circle Arena, a wide range of recreation and fitness facilities seeks to maximise the wellbeing of elders, reinforce their self-esteem and confidence.

Our “Purposeful Play” programme uses the earn & spend concept to motivate participation in exercise & rehab activities.

Elders “earn” credits by participating activities at different stations. Credits are “spent” for items from inhouse minimart, food delivery or waivers of membership fees.
